Job connections can happen at any time, any place. Here’s a little homework: before this meeting, work on your elevator pitch. What’s an elevator pitch? It’s those words you offer up during those wondrous two minutes of opportunity you have upon first meeting someone. Testing those words out during low-stress moments should be part of your job search strategy. Consider this an opportunity to work on your flow. It’s a good thing.
